Have you already placed an order, but not yet sent me your photos?
Due to the exciting news of our new arrival in October, I've outlined below what you need to do with submitting photos if you've outstanding orders.
It would be brilliant if you could send me your photos sooner rather than later. If I get a rush of photos after this announcement, then I might need to work through them in stages on a first come, first served basis – I will, of course, update you on timescales via email.
If however, you do need your order urgently, please do let me know in your email and I’ll do my best to deliver.
The deadline for submitting your photos unless we have already discussed this or you have a milestone frame outstanding will be 8th July. Please don’t delay!
If you don’t send me your photos by the deadline, then it might be 2019 before I can fulfil your order, so please do send them early as I don’t want you to be disappointed. I've over 100 outstanding orders to work through and I'd like to get these done sooner than later.
To submit your photos, please email them to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line - a proof will then be worked on for you. For help with choosing photos, please see this helpful post.
